"Did someone get the number of the truck that hit me?" Wally asked as he sat up, rubbing the back of his head. He looked around the room. This wasn't his place. Or his van. Or the Watchtower. Or...you got the idea.

Waking up in unfamiliar surroundings meant that there was probably something nefarious afoot, or at the very least a mystery that needed solving.

His stomach rumbled.

A mystery that needed solving after breakfast.

The first thing Lex noticed when he woke up was the hair, it was hard not to, given it was long, red, and also hanging into his eyes and obscuring his vision. He tried combing it off his face with his fingers, only to get them caught in a tangle. "...the hell?"

Yeah, give him a minute to figure out what else he'd woken up with, it'd been a long while since he'd had to deal with bed-head and it was kind of taking up all his attention.

Lex the otter blinked back into existence, and continued splashing about happily, without so much as missing a beat.

Until, because apparently more than enough people remembered Fandom's sense of timing, he turned back into a boy. Making his much less playful and graceful way to the edge of the pool, Lex debated his options and decided it would be better to head directly to where he knew there were clothes instead of risking getting caught searching for them.

[Mostly establishy, but feel free to react to the nekkidy Lex as he makes a break for his room.]

After being ambushed by Lionel at the mixer on Friday, Lex hadn't held out much hope of staying past the weekend. Sure he'd come up with more than enough reasons why he should be allowed to, but even if he wasn't aware of the fact that and his father had fundamentally different definitions of 'good reasons', it would be too much like winning.

And Lionel Luthor was not a good loser.

Which was why Lex was going through his things now, rather than risk not having enough time to pack when his dad made his decision.

[ooc: door and post open. Thread with Lionel is last chronologically.]

Lex Luthor slept the sleep of the just. The sleep of one who was truly at peace with the world and their place in it it.

After his father's mysterious and as yet unexplained disappearance, he had remade Luthorcorp in his own image, becoming renowned for his humanitarian work and environmentally friendly business practices that had set a new standard for the world. He'd even considered going into politics, but realised he could do so much more good in the private sector.

And if he had any regrets? Well, they were firmly in the past.

Truly, life was good.
